Elche is one of the best known restaurants for rice in Barcelona, on of the references in seafood away from Barceloneta, the typical place to go for seafood in Barcelona. Since the late 1950s this restaurant offers seafood and rices of a good quality at a reasonable price. The produce is good, you cna check by ordering a dish of anchovies while you decide what to eat.The "senyoret" rice is recomended if you where your suit and tie, as has all mussels and prawns clean 'n ready to eat, without the rice loosing any of their flavour.
