Gourmeticat is a Catalan gastronomy site, which above all considers most important that the roots and evolution of cuisine is shown in local restaurants, and of course in the foreign cuisines that have come along. That's the reason why the site is centered in reviewing restaurants in Catalonia, Spain. The site is locally operated by Barcelona-resident and gourmet critic Xavi Serra.
